The Mission
Walter and his wife, purchased this cute wooden cabin in Garden Valley to be their retirement home one day. In the meantime they renovated the cabin with the intention of transforming it into an Airbnb rental property. Since this was a new listing on Airbnb, their main objective was to get professional photos of their property to make their Airbnb listing stand out from all the competition.
The Outcome
This cabin is nestled around tall pine trees making it the perfect location to relax and unwind while still being in driving distance to the town nearby.
I wanted to capture the details of the wooden interiors of the cabin as well as showcasing the landscape of the surrounding area using my drone.
The Impact
In the first month of listing their Airbnb using the professional photos I captured, 90% of the property is booked through October 2024 which has exceeded their expectations.
This boost in bookings will increase their annual revenue, enabling them to focus on ongoing improvements and updates to the property.
