The Mission

This client, along with his wife, relocated from California to Boise and acquired a century-old house in Central Boise with the intention of transforming it into an Airbnb rental property. 
The main objective was to get professional photos of their property to make their Airbnb listing stand out from all the competition.

Since the client had updated a lot of renovations to the property, I wanted to showcase the modern features of this historic home.
The client also wanted to showcase the neighborhood and popular restaurants, pubs and stores around the area as well as the parks and hiking trails to enjoy in this location.

The Impact

By investing in professional photos, the home's booking rate has surged significantly, ensuring full occupancy until September 2024. This boost in bookings has increased their annual revenue, enabling them to focus on ongoing improvements and updates to the property.
